By registering for or attending the Before Birth Masterclass, or by using this website, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not register.

The Before Birth Masterclass is a free, live online session of approximately 90 minutes, hosted by Bijall Bhavya Sheth of Soulful Motherhood, held on Zoom. It is educational in nature and covers pregnancy lifestyle, Garbhsanskar principles, emotional wellbeing and daily practices. Registered attendees may also receive complimentary digital bonus resources. These resources are provided to registered attendees only and are not publicly available.

The masterclass is designed for women who are currently pregnant, and for their partners or family members supporting them. You must be at least 18 years old to register and must provide accurate contact details. Seats are limited, and we may close registration, reschedule, or decline a registration at our discretion.

The content shared is for general education and information only. It is not medical advice, diagnosis or treatment, and it does not replace guidance from your obstetrician, gynaecologist, midwife, nutritionist or other qualified healthcare professional. Always consult your doctor before making changes to your diet, exercise, supplements or pregnancy care. If you experience any medical concern, contact your healthcare provider or emergency services immediately.

Every pregnancy, body and family is different. We make no promise or guarantee about any specific health, developmental, emotional or other outcome for you or your baby from attending the masterclass or applying the practices discussed. Any examples, stories or testimonials shared are individual experiences and are not typical results.

All content presented during the masterclass and on this website — including the B.E.P.I.C.™ framework, the 3-Mastery Pregnancy System (Self Mastery™, Baby Mastery™, Family Mastery™), slides, workbooks, audios, ebooks, planners and other bonus resources — is owned by Bijall Bhavya Sheth / Soulful Motherhood and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Materials are licensed to you for personal, non-commercial use only. You may not record, screenshot for redistribution, copy, resell, share, republish, teach or otherwise distribute any part of the session or the bonus resources without our prior written permission.

We ask all participants to be respectful in chat and Q&A. We may remove any participant who is disruptive, abusive, spams promotional content, or shares inappropriate material, without notice.

By registering, you agree to receive registration confirmations, reminders, bonus delivery and related Soulful Motherhood updates by email and WhatsApp. You may opt out at any time using the unsubscribe link in our emails or by replying STOP on WhatsApp. Even after opting out of marketing, we may send essential messages about a session you have registered for.

The masterclass runs on the schedule shown on this page. We may change the date, time, format or content of a session, or cancel it, for operational reasons. If that happens, we will notify registered attendees using the contact details you provided.

We use third-party platforms such as Zoom, our registration platform, WhatsApp and email providers. Your use of those platforms is also subject to their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for interruptions, technical failures or outages caused by those platforms or by your own internet connection or device.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bijall Bhavya Sheth and Soulful Motherhood shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss arising from your use of this website, the masterclass or the bonus resources. As the masterclass is provided free of charge, no refunds apply.

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of India shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
